Sam Besca (Amy)

Sam is an actor, director, producer and native New Yorker. She is known for acting near stars such as Idris Elba (Untitled Kathryn Bigelow White House Thriller), Claire Danes and Matthew Rhys (The Beast in Me), and Jeremy Strong (Deliver Me from Nowhere) before the ADs politely asked her to stop trying to get a line in. Her IMDb boasts numerous credits, including several student films and an unfinished project of her own (To the Floor).

With a background in acting, film, and political science from institutions including NYU (Tisch), NYU (Regular), and Hamilton College, Sam aims to holistically approach art as a process oriented experience as much as a product based act. She’s thrilled to be part of Mid-20s Crisis Reading — a project that speaks to the chaos, curiosity, and strange beauty of figuring it all out. Which Sam is attempting to do.
